style residential spaces of varying sizes. It is a communal living
situation with shared bathrooms and residential kitchen.

- Room size: 2 10 foot x 13 foot rooms divided by a wall.
- One entry door to small connecting foyer.

There are various other residential room configurations and sizes
within the facility ranging in space from 300 square feet to 600
square feet. The rooms range in price from $230.00 to $365.00 per
month, all utilities included. |

- The facility offers residential bathrooms on each floor
with either tub or shower.
- A newly renovated communal kitchen/dining space and
individual lockers are also provided.
- There is also a residential gallery where artists can
display their works whenever they wish. This room is
equipped with a baby grand piano for practice and
recitals.
- A coin operated laundry facility on premises.
- Internet accessibility through our 10.0 cable
network is available in some rooms for an additional $10.00
per month fee.
- A shared computer lab is accessible for those
who may not have a computer or wish to buy into the
network.

Residential leases are written for 6 month periods only with the
contract reverting to a month to month basis after the original 6
months.
